Job Description
Overview:
The Data Analyst is tasked with collecting analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to help drive informed business decisions. You will work with crossfunctional teams to turn data into actionable insights supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management: Gather and manage data from various sources ensuring its quality and accuracy.
- Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze trends patterns and anomalies in data sets using statistical techniques.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings clearly.
- Collaboration: Work with different teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage tools such as SQL Excel and BI software (e.g. Tableau Power BI) to perform analyses.
- Data Governance: Assist in the development and implementation of data governance best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of handson experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in data querying and analysis tools (SQL Excel) and familiarity with data visualization platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings for nontechnical stakeholders.
