Job Description
**SAP Enterprise Asset Management & Technical Leadership**
- Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP EAM (PM module) ensuring system optimization and maintenance strategy alignment
- Configure and enhance maintenance processes while managing SAP EAM configuration changes across development test and production environments
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions to improve maintenance process performance
**Integration & Data Management**
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP EAM and related modules (MM FI HCM) including master data management and system optimization
- Manage data consistency across SAP EAM and external systems working closely with maintenance planners and reliability engineers
- Review and coordinate implementation of SAP updates patches and upgrades relevant to EAM functionality
**Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Lead maintenancerelated projects including system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Gather business requirements and deliver training to ensure effective system adoption
- Act as key liaison between operations maintenance stakeholders and technical teams translating business needs into scalable SAP EAM solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business or related field
- 7 years of SAP EAM support and development experience
- SAP Asset Management certification (ECC or S/4Hana) preferred
- Extensive expertise in SAP EAM including maintenance planning work orders master data management and system integration
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration and deployment
- Experience with SAP Fiori mobile applications and maintenance reporting tools
- Proficiency in SAP data structures and analytics
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in technical environments
