To plan organise and execute production in line with standard operations requirements delivery accuracy customer requirements safety and quality
Qualification:
Production Management/Engineering Diploma
Operations Management or business management Degree/Diploma is an advantage
Minimum Requirements:
10 years relevant operational experience within manufacturing environment with 5 years of management role.
Identifies safety issues and takes corrective action quality orientated problem solver can build a successful team initiates collaboration contributes to team success has good planning organising and communication skills.
Displays knowledge of raw materials production processes and other techniques for maximising the effective manufacture of goods.
Full understanding of lean production system including visual management principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word Excel and Outlook)
