Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Intern to join our Valuation & Advisory team in Madrid. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in real estate valuation and advisory and to be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will assist the team with daily tasks and have exposure to live assets and valuation processes helping to prepare financial models market analyses and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the team with various daytoday valuation and advisory tasks.
Prepare reports and data sheets for different reporting purposes.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of cash flows.
Participate in asset visits alongside the team.
Maintain and develop internal databases.
Create dashboards and visual tools for clients and investors.
What Were Looking For:
A university degree (in progress) in Real Estate Architecture Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field.
Strong interest in the real estate sector.
Good level in Excel and Office; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
