Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team to support Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) a government project office (PO) addressing Army Air and Missile Defense systems with a focus on Mission Command systems. The candidate in this role will work with both contractors government civilians and system operators.
Your daytoday work will include:
- Serving as the liaison between IFMC PO and Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense (SHIELD) PO in support of the Indirect Fires Protection Capability (IFPC) program
- Collaborating with the IFPC Product Office (PdO) on needed software capabilities and monitoring the development of features leading to new capabilities and their testing
- Representing IFPC in the IFMC Agile software planning process
- Other duties as assigned.
At a minimum you should have:
- US Citizenship and residency in the Huntsville AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville AL area.
- An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain.
- A bachelors degree in engineering science or related field is required.
- A minimum of seven 7 years of experience in DoD acquisition programs with two 2 years directly associated with product development/integration
- The understanding of product integration be conversant with the current and emerging US Armys Air and Missile Defense weapon systems and have some experience with the key functions applicable to BM/C4I product/software architectures.
- The ability to be a selfstarter comfortable in a fastpaced working environment and willing to engage various levels of stakeholders to ensure the new capability under development meets the needs of the warfighting customer and is delivered in a timely manner
- Experience with Agile Software Development
- Strong organizational skills with a record of taking initiative and being a team player
- Excellent communication skills people skills and enthusiasm and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment
You will be highly desirable if you have:
- Experience in support of DoD programs is highly desired especially in an Army Air and Missile Defense program
- Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence and SAFe Agile experience are a plus

Estimated Salary Range:
- Intermediate: $110000$130000
- Senior: $130000$160000
- Subject Matter Expert: $160000$190000
The provided salary range serves as a broad reference. However Intrepid takes various factors into account when establishing base salary offers including the positions scope and responsibilities as well as the candidates experience education skills and prevailing market conditions.
