You will play act as a pivotal role in improving process efficiency and strengthening compliace. What you bring to the team
Strong knowledge of Finance services (A2R Treasury AR) processes & market best practices.
Proven project management skills for handling multiple priorities.
Expertise in Lean methodologies for process improvement.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication (Polish & English) and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Customeroriented mindset translating business needs into efficient solutions.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
