The opportunity
HVDC in Ludvika Sweden is looking for a Main Production Planner that is willing to take initiative and drive improvement processes to join our team. HVDC is a product group in Hitachi Energy which develops manufactures and sells DC transmission systems on a global market. HVDC technology is used to transmit electricity over long distances and for power transmission via submarine cables as well as to connect power systems.

How youll make an impact
- Activity and resource planning for production at HVDC to meet customer demands and ensure production efficiency.
- Setting up loading charts maintain and follow up on planning production schedule performance S&OP planning and tender inputs.
- Coordinate with project managers production and material planners production leaders and SCM to always have an updated production plan and ensure timely delivery.
- Take a proactive role and drive the development of planning activities to improve and create processes.
Your background
- Previous experience in planning and scheduling proven records of a practical approach towards planning and knowledge of production processes.
- Previous experience in project management managing internal communications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project & SAP is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects remain calm under pressure and prioritize efficiently.
- Highly communicative and can collaborate efficiently with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficient in Swedish and good knowledge of English.
