Job Description

Account Growth & Client Relationship

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow ISV account revenues.
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities that align with client goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build longterm relationships with Clevel and senior executives. Act as a trusted advisor addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align Divamis offerings with client priorities.

Strategic Planning

  • Leverage market trends competitor insights and client data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Forecast account metrics including revenue and renewal rates and report progress to leadership
  • Bring thought leadership to clients showcasing industry insights and best practices

Metrics and Reporting

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and client satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy to track activities and opportunities effectively.

Experience: 812 years of experience in IT services account management with a proven track record of driving growth in ISV or technologyrelated accounts.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services software development and digital transformation solutions for ISVs.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities build business cases and close complex sales deals within existing accounts.

Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and nurture strong client relationships with Clevel and senior executives.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to craft and execute account strategies aligned with client business goals.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to forecast analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent written verbal and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT or related fields. MBA preferred.
