As Project Manager you will work closely with dealers to create custom designs for facilities. You will manage projects through the design manufacturing and installation process.

What Were Looking For:
*Experience with CAD systems working with blueprints and technical drawings
*Bachelors degree or technical degree with project management experience or equivalent professional experience

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or technical degree with project management experience or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with CAD systems preferred but not required
- Experience working with blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
- Detail oriented and able to guide oneself with little or no supervision to complete multiple tasks on deadline
- Reliable responsible and dependable at fulfilling obligations
- Ability to assist in conflict resolution with customers
- Ability to work in a drug free work place
Essential responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers design team manufacturing and shipping teams on custom projects
- Configure and review pricing for all custom application orders including change orders
- Review field checks and construction plans for submittals
- Troubleshoot equipment installation issues
- Handle installation questions
- Address material shortages
- Coordinate necessary changes
- Assist with custom order administrative questions and issues
- Serve as point of contact for Porter order entry processing and order status
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) entry and processing for Porter products
- Evaluate warranty claims and coordinate solutions
- Support dealers with preproject sales support when necessary
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10 of the time including overnight stays as needed
Full Time; Onsite; Monday through Friday
Salary
$50000 $60000 per year
Bonus eligible 15 quarterly
Hourly position nonexempt
