Job Summary:
The Executive Commercials andInfrastructure will oversee center setup procurement vendor management andfacility operations for NIIT Foundation. The role involves site selectionlease agreements infrastructure setup and compliance with operationalguidelines.
KeyResponsibilities:
Identify and finalize locations for new centersmanage lease agreements.
Handle procurement of furniture IT equipmentand infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors negotiate contractsand track project .
Ensure smooth setup maintenance and operationsof all centers.
Maintain compliance with legal safety andregulatory requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications& Skills:
Experience: 35years in infrastructure management procurement or facility operations.
Skills: Projectmanagement vendor negotiation procurement compliance handling and MS Officeproficiency.
