Salesforce Data and Integration Architect

What success looks like in this role:

• Provide Salesforce Technical Integration Architecture for client delivery projects

• Translates business requirements into wellarchitected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products

• Developing and executing comprehensive integration strategies aligned with business objectives and technical requirements

• Evaluating selecting and configuring integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica) to meet project needs.

• Designing and documenting scalable and efficient integration architectures considering factors such as performance security and maintainability.

• Identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches

• Defining and implementing data mapping rules and transformations to ensure accurate and consistent data flow.

• Creating and managing REST and SOAP APIs to enable data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.

• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed technical solutions

• Articulate the benefits and risks to a (technical) solutions feasibility and functionality

• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and (technical) capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions

• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and provide handson expertlevel technical assistance to developers

• Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing public speaking and client presentations

• Coach and mentor junior technical team members

• Support in interviewing prospective candidates

• Advocate and implement standard process development methodology to drive quality delivery of enterprise solutions. Develop POCs or help customers and partners with complex coding tasks.

• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community.

• The Salesforce Data Architect Reporting is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining data architecture and reporting solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy integrity and accessibility while delivering actionable insights to drive business success.

• This role requires a combination of technical expertise data management skills and a deep understanding of business requirements.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Fulltime Degree: BTech Computer science / MTech in Computer Science/ MCA

• Salesforce Data Architect Certification

• Salesforce Integration Architect Certification

Required Skills:

• 12 years of experience on Salesforce implementations

• 5 years of experience in handling clientfacing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the context of systems development and related business consulting.

• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Integration Architect

• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Data Architect

• Handling multiple projects/issues Coaching Leads Strong Industries background

• Experience working on Salesforce implementation projects with endtoend implementation experience with the Salesforce platform from a technical perspective

• Ability to define the system architecture and landscape to identify gaps between current and desired endstates

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture data model and APIs (Apex SOAP REST).

• Wider knowledge of IBM and other common integration solutions

• Experience in designing and developing software components and solutions

• Proficiency in at least one integration platform (e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica)

• Expertise in REST and SOAP API design development and testing.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and experience in data mapping and transformation.

• Integration experience using both Web based technologies (Soap ReST) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Informatica Jitterbit and MuleSoft

• Proficiency in programming languages like Java JavaScript or Python.

• Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and cloudnative integration patterns.

• Understanding of security best practices for integration solutions including authentication authorization and data encryption.

• Have creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business.

• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients

• Extensive experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall methods

• Experience with Release Management Source Control and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT GIT SFDC Metadata API Jenkins SVN

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Excellent clientfacing written and oral communications skills

• Strong communication timemanagement and multitasking skills

• Other desirable experience: App Cloud Heroku and Lightning UI / component experience

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
