The Role
We are seeking an Oracle CC&B Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in CC&B workflows configurations and integrations to join a dynamic team in San Francisco CA. You will serve as the technical expert leading quality assurance initiatives developing testing standards and ensuring the reliability of CC&B solutions while mentoring teams to achieve excellence.
Who You Are
- 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems.
- Expert in CC&B workflows system configurations and integrations with a deep understanding of CC&B modules and processes.
- Experienced in leading endtoend quality assurance (QA) initiatives including designing and executing comprehensive test plans for CC&B functionality and performance validation.
- Skilled in developing and enforcing quality standards testing methodologies and best practices tailored to CC&B environments.
- Proficient in analyzing and resolving complex system issues ensuring high reliability and operational efficiency of CC&B solutions.
- Adept at using tools like Jira for defect management SQL for data querying and processes for testing validation and workflow optimization.
- Strong collaborator able to work with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and a mentor who can train teams on CC&B tools and standards.
