At Momenterie we offer unique and thoughtfully designed personalized gifts. Our vision is to become the leading brand for personalized prints in Europe. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Shop Manager (f/m/d) to oversee and optimize our Shopifybased store and bring our vision to live.
Tasks
As our Shop Manager (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the endtoend management of our online store. Key responsibilities include:
- Product Launches & Promotions: Plan and execute product launches promotions and sales campaigns to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
- Landing Page Creation & Optimization: Develop compelling landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Website Performance & Optimization: Improve site functionality speed and user experience by implementing ecommerce best practices.
- A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Introduce and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize product pages checkout flow and marketing initiatives.
- Marketing & SEO Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions optimize product descriptions and improve search rankings.
- Shopify Management: Utilize Shopify tools and apps to streamline processes enhance performance and implement automation where possible.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience as an ECommerce Manager or Shop Manager in a Shopifybased store preferably with multilingual stores.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German Italian French or Dutch is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Shopifys features themes and plugins.
- Experience in launching new products creating promotions and managing Shopify themes.
- Ability to build and optimize landing pages using Shopify and thirdparty tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong attention to detail with a datadriven mindset.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
