Tasks
Job Descriptions:
1. Involves in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
2. Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration Business operation System Upgrading.
3. Provide 2nd or 3rd level technical support to existing and new customers.
4. Responsible for preparation creation and test for any testing phase of the project.
5. Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
6. Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
2. Having one of the technical skills such as database (MySQL PL/SQL) Linux Python Shell script.
3. Having experience in telecommunication BSS projects is an added advantage.
4. Required language: English. Candidate who can speak or read Mandarin is an added advantage.
5. Resourceful good analytical and problemsolving skills with positive customer service attitude.
6. Selfmotivated teamwork and able to work independently.
