Job Description
Varenne Partners an investment bank specializing in M&A is seeking 2 motivated M&A Analyst to join our dynamic team in Paris. This role offers extensive involvement in highstakes M&A transactions across France and Italy providing valuable experience in an international fastpaced environment.
Tasks
- Actively participate in the and origination phases of transactions
- Contribute to the preparation of pitch presentations teasers and information memorandums
- Build integrated financial models and conduct indepth financial analyses
- Perform business valuations to support decisionmaking
- Support the team in carrying out rigorous due diligence
- Participate in sector competitor and target company analyses
- Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and financial investors
Requirements
- Gap year (M1 or endofstudies (M2 students from business schools or engineering schools
- You already have experience in M&A private equity transaction services or other related fields
- You are fluent in French and English. Proficiency in Italian is a strong plus
- You are above all motivated proactive and eager to discover the M&A profession like nowhere else
