Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Total 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow CSM modules.

- Understanding of customer service processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools and functionalities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
