Job Description
Role: Videographer Intern
TLDR: Looking for a videographer who can fastpaced eccentric vertical videos communicates super well and can direct shoots as well timetotime.
About Marty Martin
Marty Martin is a Creative Agency based in the heart of Bengaluru. Having worked with brands like Flipkart Healthify and others we love helping B2C brands sell better with our content. Our core focus is on creating Ad creatives and delivering organic content to increase brand reach for our clients.
What will you do in this role
- You are expected to go on shoots and direct them if need be.
- You are expected to have amazing communication skills to be able to communicate with actors other team members and clients.
- By collaborating with our creative strategy team we expect you to envision/storyboard the ads and content that we plan to .
- Youre also expected to: manage the team and ads/social media content occasionally.
What will you require to qualify for this role
- Having experience working in the Agency or the Ad world having worked as a Videographer is a plus one.
- Understanding lighting and intermediate video production is necessary.
- Knowing Adobe Premiere Pro is a Big 1 but not a necessity.
- If you have built a brand all by yourself as a side project that s a huge plus one! But not necessarily a requirement.
- You love collaborating and taking feedback from your teammates irrespective of their role or position in the agency!
- Willingness to experiment and go beyond whats asked to provide quality output.
What is it like to work at Marty Martin
- We work 5days a week.
- We are a team of under25 yo folks from different parts of India!
- We work in our office between 10:30 to 7:30 pm.
