Operations Intern
Note: This is an inoffice role in Bengaluru.
Role: Operations Intern
TLDR: Looking for an Operations Intern who can streamline project workflows and ensure smooth delivery of creative projects across multiple client accounts.
About Marty Martin
Marty Martin is a Creative Agency based in the heart of Bengaluru. Having worked with brands like Flipkart Healthify and others we love helping B2C brands sell better with our content. Our core focus is on creating Ad creatives and delivering organic content to increase brand reach for our clients.
So whats the role
Were looking for someone who can juggle multiple projects maintain seamless communication between teams and ensure timely delivery of creative content to our clients.
What will you do in this role
- Coordinate between creative teams account managers and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain and update project management tools to track deliverables and deadlines.
- Create and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency and project delivery.
- Assist in resource allocation and team scheduling for various client projects.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client onboarding and project documentation.
What will you require to qualify for this role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are a must
- Basic understanding of creative agency processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple clients.
- Experience in handling spreadsheets and creating process documents.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to fastpaced environments.
What is it like to work at Marty Martin
- We work 5 days a week.
- We are a team of under25 yo folks from different parts of India!
- We work in our office between 10:30 to 7:30 pm.
- Post 3 month internship this opportunity can be converted into fulltime.
