Job Description
Position: Retail Sales Head
Designation/Grade – General Manager (F4
Location: Hyderabad (Covering Andhra Pradesh and Telangana)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 1520 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead retail sales initiatives for engineering capital equipment including DG sets HVAC systems pumps and electrical machinery.
- Enhance and expand the sales network within the region.
- Manage and guide the retail sales team driving performance in field sales operations.
- Ensure comprehensive market coverage higher sales participation and increased market share.
- Drive consultant engagement to enhance segmental sales performance.
Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in DG set sales will be a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the DG market dynamics is desirable.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership market development and team management in the engineering capital equipment domain.
