Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge as well as the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Maintenance Helper will play a crucial role in ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial units
- Perform duct cleanings coil cleaning and other preventive maintenance
- Supervise minor maintenance projects ensuring quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or commercial
Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance tasks.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and logic controllers.
- Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Knowledge of EPA or HVAC is desirable.
- Ability to supervise small teams or projects effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal for clear communication.
