Roles & Responsibilities:
1. New Seller Acquisition & Onboarding
Identifying and onboarding new sellers/suppliers to expand the product portfolio.
Building relationships with reliable vendors to ensure a consistent supply chain.
2. Market Demand Analysis
Conducting market research to identify trending and highdemand products.
Analyzing competitor strategies and customer preferences to optimize procurement.
3. Strategic Procurement Planning
Sourcing products based on demand forecasts and business needs.
Managing inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
4. Negotiation & Cost Optimization
Negotiating pricing payment terms and contract agreements with suppliers.
Ensuring the best costvalue balance while maintaining product quality.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
Using data analytics to track procurement performance cost trends and supplier efficiency.
Providing regular reports on sourcing activities cost savings and new opportunities.
6. Category Expansion & Business Growth
Identifying new product categories and suppliers to drive business expansion.
Collaborating with internal teams (sales marketing operations) to align sourcing with business goals.
7. Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management
Acting as a bridge between suppliers internal teams and management.
Ensuring smooth collaboration and resolving any supplierrelated challenges.
8. Process Improvement & Compliance
Continuously improving sourcing processes for better efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with company policies legal requirements and quality standards.
9. Smart Communication & Negotiation
Being a confident and persuasive speaker to close deals effectively.
Building strong professional networks within the industry.
10. Proactiveness & Enthusiasm for Growth
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Taking initiative to explore new sourcing strategies and business opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Field sales experience.
Preferably from a Sanitary ware tiles or marbles industry.
Must have 2 wheeler
Must be comfortable with Fieldwork
Must be comfortable with Target

Requirements A two-wheeler is mandatory as this is a field sales role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Qualification: Min12th Passed. Graduation preferred. Experience: Preferably 6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (AP/Akzo/Laminates/Ply/Electricals/Lubricants).
