About the Role
Due to continued business growth and ambitious expansion plans Ireland s leading bathroom brand is seeking a Commercial Team Advisor to join their dynamic operations team.
This is a key support role focused on ensuring seamless coordination between our Commercial Sales Purchasing and Customer Service departments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing site orders maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a firstclass service to our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residential and commercial site accounts handling all queries related to deliveries order updates stock availability and scheduling.
- Process and manage all site and project orders ensuring accurate entry timely updates and smooth communication throughout the process.
- Support Commercial Sales Managers by maintaining accurate forecasting data and monitoring key site progress (e.g. number of units supplied vs. forecast).
- Track and manage delivery schedules in line with project timelines and client expectations.
- Liaise with the Purchasing Department to monitor stock levels of key products and flag potential supply risks or delays.
- Review sales trends and product run rates to anticipate issues offer alternatives and maintain a proactive approach to client needs.
- Build strong working relationships with builders merchants plumbers and suppliers to facilitate efficient problemsolving and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote suitable product alternatives where appropriate ensuring the best possible solution is always presented to the customer.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent and clear internal communication.
- Deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints phone email and in person in line with company standards.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service sales support or similar coordination role.
- Proven ability to handle and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a confident personable approach.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to remain calm and solutionfocused under pressure.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency with office systems and order processing tools.
- Experience working with purchasing supply chain or logistics teams is a distinct advantage.
