Job Title: Contract Service Manager
Location: Wiesbaden Germany
Summary:
The Contract Service Manager (CSM) oversees the performance of contracted Victim Advocates ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and serving as the primary point of contact for contractrelated matters. The CSM also supervises personnel ensures training and qualification and maintains communication with military and civilian personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead contracted Victim Advocates.
- Ensure personnel meet qualification requirements.
- Act as the authorized representative for contract matters.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and Army regulations.
- Facilitate collaboration with military and civilian personnel.
- Maintain all necessary documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Master s Degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in social services.
- Experience in victim advocacy and military protocols.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
