Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Respond to email and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
Support the coordination of events briefings and other administrative activities
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Work Location Requirement:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Mildenhall Suffolk area
Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom (UK residency visa or SOFA status if applicable)
