Major accountabilities:
Support of Ukraine HireToRetire team whole lifecycle of the employee from hiring to termination
Close collaboration with Payroll team and local HR Team (people partners)
Benefits Administration
Handling standard service requests answer questions resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support experts a/o payroll vendor
Handling employee s requests (in a ticketing tool) on daily basis typically related to all Hire2Retire processes incl. Time & Attendance
Data maintenance in SAP Workday data checks
Contribute to P&O Services (payroll) projects at country or BU level
Deliverables:

Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope

o Act as subject matter expert for personnel administration data and processes
o Support the team in the operational conversion of HR strategic objectives
o Extract reports needed for personnel administration and other reports upon request
o Manage activities as a backup for colleagues in the team whenever needed
o Close collaboration with local HR department Rewards Team other stakeholders
o Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope
* Daily Tasks participate on the meetings collect minutes decisions and next steps prepare appropriate project documentation codesign processes and governance
* Requirements: Czech/Slovak and English language knowledge of HR processes knowledge of WD SAP SNOW MS Office MS Teams
Requirements
Skills:
HR Operations (Hr Ops) / HR Service Delivery experience.
HRIS (Human Resource Management System) SAP Workday.
HR Ops / Payroll projects experience.
Reporting MS Excel advanced.
Experience with HR ticketing tool(s).
Customer orientation.
Accuracy detail focus.
Knowledge of HR HCM workday and SAP is an advantage
Experience in HR Operations fields
