Schedule: Staff 1 Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Texas (Central Standard Time); Staff 2 Sunday to Thursday 4:00 PM 1:00 AM Texas (Central Standard Time)
Note: During training and onboarding (approx 1 month) Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm (CST)

Job Description
Step into a role where you ll be the vital link between customers and premium lawn and garden solutions. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you ll leverage both English and Spanish language skills while working with stateoftheart systems including AIassisted tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position offers the unique opportunity to develop deep product knowledge in a specialized industry while working with a modern custombuilt support platform that streamlines customer interactions across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding bilingual customer support through multiple channels including phone email chat and text
- Guide customers through product selection by understanding their needs and matching them with ideal solutions
- Handle orderrelated inquiries including tracking damage claims and quantity adjustments
- Process timesensitive requests such as order modifications and cancellations
- Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review and customize AIgenerated responses to maintain a personal touch
- Work within a sophisticated help desk system to manage customer interactions efficiently
- Coordinate with retail locations during peak periods to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience required
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn custom platforms quickly
- Experience with ticket management or help desk systems preferred
- Quiet professional work environment with reliable internet connection
- Ability to work with VPN and maintain secure connections
