Warehouse Management:
Oversee the entire warehouse operations including inventory management order fulfillment and dispatch.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss.
Develop and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
Monitor and evaluate warehouse staff performance providing training and guidance as needed.
Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
Implement and enforce compliance with health safety and company regulations.
Procurement Management:
Develop procurement strategies to ensure costeffective sourcing of products and materials.
Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to maintain a reliable and quality supply chain.
Negotiate contracts terms and pricing with suppliers.
Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.
Monitor procurement budgets and track expenses.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.
Logistics and Distribution:
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of goods.
Optimize distribution networks to minimize costs and improve delivery speed.
Manage the return and disposal of defective or excess inventory.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and procurement processes.
Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels procurement performance and cost analysis.
Provide datadriven insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 810 years of experience in warehouse and procurement management.
Professional certification (e.g. CPIM CPSM CSCP) is an advantage.
Experience in FMCG sector preferred.
Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar systems).
Knowledge of market trends supplier management and cost optimization techniques.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
