About the Jr. Concierge Role:

As a Jr. Concierge youre the face of GHPS and a homeowners onestop shop for all their property needs. Youll build longterm customer relationships by identifying their needs and connecting them with our comprehensive services. This role is the starting point for a rewarding career in Home and Property Services offering a unique opportunity to learn from experienced mentors who are invested in your success.

The jr concierge is responsible for generating leads by interacting with potential customers identifying their needs and educating them on the companys products and services. The jr concierge is also responsible for scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies to generate leads including doortodoor canvassing networking social media referrals new homeowner leads (MLS listings real estate contacts) REI leads (foreclosures distressed properties) home shows public tables social media content/ads website leads and inbound/outbound calls.Get paid per lead set and deal closed.
  • Lead Qualification: Prequalify leads to determine their needs and financial capacity.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule set appointments for Senior Concierges ensuring efficient lead handoff. Confirm customer information (full name phone number email homeownership duration decisionmakers) and schedule a time window for the appointment. For appointments.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Professional Development: Continuously learn about our services the industry and real estate investment strategies. You will receive inoffice field and online training.

  • Clean Background: No felonies or serious crimes. Background and drug testing may be required.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel throughout the Charlotte and Rock Hill area 90 travel required).
