Job Description
Our client is a leading AgroAllied Company located in Agbara Ogun State.
The Company is seeking to hire a resourceful Quality Control Manager who will be responsible for making sure that the product meets a set standard.
He/she will examine inventory and raw materials and ensure high production quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Implementation & Management of quality management system.
Inspecting output samples using industryappropriate methods such as comparing to standards measuring dimensions and examining functionality.
Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.
Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.
Recording inspection results by completing reports summarizing reworks and waste and inputting data into a quality database.
Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
Proposing improvements to the production process.
Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements.
Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training.
Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Microbiology from a reputable university.
Masters in Microbiology will be an added advantage.
35 years experience as a Quality Assurance Manager preferably in the FMCG Industry.
Experienced in Food Safety System Management and FSSC 22000 product certifications and project
a plus.
Understanding of the quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
Excellent Organizational and Leadership skills.
Attention to detail.
Benefits
Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N300k N500k monthly net other benefits
