Mandatory Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of ITIL and Change Management best practices.
Experience in IT Service Management roles with a focus on Change Management.
Proficiency in top IT Service Management systems such as Ivanti ServiceNow IBM and BMC.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ISO 20000 standards.
Experience in the banking industry.
Handson experience with Ivanti IT Service Management system.
Experience:
Proven experience in managing IT Change Management processes.
Experience working in IT Service Desk or IT Service Management roles.
Involvement in IT Change Management within similar industries.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the IT Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful change implementation.
Develop and maintain change management policies procedures and guidelines.
Analyze change requests and assess their impact on the organization.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all changes.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of changes.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of the change management process.
