About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining IFSs database of Microsoft customers and prospects ensuring accurate tracking of Microsoft Azure Commitment agreements and opportunities within the CRM. You will generate pipeline reports from CRM and work closely with the Partner Center Administrator to optimize deal referrals and cosell motions. Additionally you will collaborate with finance and business operations teams to improve marketplace forecasting and support private offer processes.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Customer Data Tracking:
- Enter update and maintain Microsoft customer agreement records in CRM ensuring accurate tracking of customers and subsidiaries ensuring proper attribution and visibility.
- Track and map Microsoft customer relationships at both the parent and subsidiary levels to ensure full visibility for sales teams helping sales teams prioritize accounts.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness aligning Microsoft customer records with sales tracking and reporting tools.
- Manage a master list of Microsoft customer agreements ensuring alignment between CRM records and sales reporting tools.
Account Mapping & Territory Planning:
- Map Microsoft account status and presence of cloud consumption agreements to help optimize territory planning and sales coverage and maximize opportunities for cosell and pipeline growth.
- Work closely with sales leadership to ensure that the account mapping supports strategic territory alignment and sales priorities.
Pipeline Reporting & Sales Support:
- Generate and maintain pipeline reports from CRM providing visibility into IFS opportunities with Microsoft customers.
- Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights to sales teams and leadership.
Marketplace Pipeline Forecasting & Finance Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Partner Center administrator to align CRM data with cosell opportunities and deal referrals ensuring they are optimized for customers with cloud commitments.
- Produce regular pipeline reports for finance and business operations teams to improve forecasting of marketplace transactions through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace.
- Work closely with the finance team responsible for creating private offers ensuring pipeline data aligns with private offer strategy and .
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Dynamics or similar) and data management.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel Power BI or CRM analytics.
- Experience in tracking and managing complex customer hierarchies (parentsubsidiary relationships).
- Communication and collaboration skills to support sales finance and partner teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments (MACC) and Microsoft Partner Center is a plus.
