Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring an excellent first impression for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer screen and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks including filing photocopying and scanning.
Ensure the office area is clean and organized at all times.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
