Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring an excellent first impression for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer screen and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing photocopying and scanning.

  • Ensure the office area is clean and organized at all times.

  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

 


Qualifications :

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
