What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions
Your days at LGI Healthcare Solutions will be rich and varied. Reporting to the Senior Director Culture and Talent (C&T) you will be involved in HR data management including data collection analysis and interpretation as well as updating databases and automating performance reports.
You will monitor and analyse KPIs to recommend improvements and collaborate with the C&T team. Another key responsibility will be process automation requiring the identification of automation opportunities and the implementation of solutions in collaboration with the IT teams.
You will ensure that project schedules are created and adhered to maintaining a systems focus. You will be the principal technical point of contact for the C&T team and will help to ensure data integrity test system changes draft reports and analyse data flows to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Finally you will support HR projects providing data analysis as well as HR compliance and compensation support.

How will your contributions be showcased
Managing HR data and systems:
- Developing and automating regular reports on HR performance indicators.
- Coordinate certain annual processes found in our HRIS such as performance management salary review processes etc.
- Document HR processes and update them as required in relation to HRIS activities.
- Carry out training including the development of user procedures guidelines and documentation.
- Trains stakeholders on new processes/features. Trains new users of the system.
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data.
- Collects analyses and interprets human resources data.
- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accuracy integrity security and reliability of information.
- Provide support for HR compliance audit processes.
- Ensure governance and maintenance of systems used by the C&T department including HRIS applicant tracking system engagement system etc.
Performance indicators and reporting:
- Identify and track HR KPIs to support the Business Partner C&T and Employee Experience teams.
- Analyse trends and provide recommendations to improve HR processes.
- Work with C&T teams to define performance objectives and improvement strategies.
- Generate reports/requests including writing maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
- Develops standard reports for ongoing customer requirements.
- Develop predictive models to identify trends forecast outcomes and inform better HR decisions.
Process automation:
- Identifying opportunities to automate HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Design and implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks.
- Work with IT teams to integrate automation tools into existing systems.
- Produce detailed process maps and document current and desired workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within existing systems.
Support for HR projects:
- Participate in crossfunctional HR projects by providing data analysis.
- Work with various members of the C&T team to optimise initiatives.
- Participate in corporate compliance programs.
Compensation support:
- Participate in compensation surveys: including market monitoring data collection analysis and interpretation from various sources.
- Participate in various compensationrelated projects such as process improvement system configuration pay equity acquisitions plan design etc.
- Support and maintain job mapping and manage the job library.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:
- Minimum 6 years experience in a position requiring the analysis and interpretation of HR data;
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in information technology human resources or related fields;
- Extensive experience with HRIS (HiBob would be an asset);
- Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ATS) SmartRecruiters would be an asset;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Ability to interpret complex data;
- Experience in IT project management and improvement implementation;
- Proficiency in database management tools and data analysis software (eg. Excel Power BI Access);
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
- Excellent ability to explain technical information to a nontechnical audience;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders including IT and Finance;
- Thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Concern for integrity and confidentiality;
- Recognised for being agile proactive and curious in problemsolving and consultancy;
- Effective in managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines;
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating orally and in writing with both Frenchspeaking and Englishspeaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
