Job Description
Ensure store payment solutions are compliant and reliable focusing on upgrading critical countries.
Facilitate collaboration among teams and monitor progress on projects within the Payments area.
Coordinate projects addressing compliance requirements and enhancing payment system functionality.
Gather data from previous issues and facilitate discussions to uncover recurring problems ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of processes and requirements.
Evaluate process efficiency improvements through team feedback reduced processing time and tracking identified areas of waste.
Manage problem coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications :
57 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (Six Sigma Agile).
Strong leadership and people skills.
Knowledge and experience in the payments area (POS payment solutions).
Experience working with payment solutions vendors.
Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
