As a Client Partner Lead for the Financial Services & Insurance segment you will own the strategy revenue goals and client relationships across your portfolio. Youll build and maintain longterm partnerships ensure client satisfaction and drive account growth. In this role youll guide a team of Client Partners supporting them in developing account strategies sharing industry insights and meeting performance goals in line with Accesas 5star customer experience standards.
Working crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Delivery Presales Legal and Finance youll help shape the strategic direction of our initiatives in the Financial Services & Insurance space.

Qualifications :
Deep Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in the IT sector specifically in Financial Services and/or Insurance keeping up with market evolution regulatory changes and sector best practices.
Strategic Thinking & Planning: Capable of translating market data client feedback and emerging tech trends into a clear strategy for the industry segment.
Proven Client Relationship Management: Track record in building trustbased relationships driving revenue growth and ensuring high client satisfaction.
People Leadership: Experience leading mentoring and coaching teams with a focus on consultative sales account management and collaborative problemsolving.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Adept at influencing senior stakeholders (both internal and clientside) creating concise presentations and delivering persuasive proposals.
Project Delivery Awareness: Familiar with delivery lifecycles from requirements analysis to golive ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Stakeholder Management: Effective in navigating large complex organizations prioritizing multiple stakeholders and resolving escalations proactively.
Language Skills: Proficient in German and English (written and spoken) is strongly preferred for engaging with diverse client portfolios.
