We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team in Brunswick United States. As a Concierge you will be the face of our organization providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests residents and visitors.
- Greet and welcome guests residents and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Provide information about local attractions restaurants and services in Brunswick and the surrounding area
- Assist with reservations transportation arrangements and special requests
- Handle incoming phone calls emails and messages promptly and efficiently
- Manage package deliveries including receiving logging and distributing items
- Monitor building security systems and respond to any unusual activities or emergencies
- Process and follow up on work orders incident reports and guest concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and logs for key issuance visitor signins and other administrative tasks
- Anticipate guests needs and proactively offer assistance
- Stay informed about local events attractions and services to provide uptodate recommendations
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of three months of experience in a customer service role preferably in hospitality or concierge services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate professional and engaging demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to make independent decisions when appropriate
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of the Brunswick area and surrounding attractions is a plus
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests residents and coworkers
- Team player with a willingness to assist other departments as needed
