Job Description
- You will help develop mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
- You will assess and select appropriate resources for program delivery.
- You will be a project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
- You will conduct final quality analysis on programs reviewing accuracy of output.
- You will manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
- You will prepare and process program billing.
- Provide technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
- Provide user interface support for selfservice batch program fulfillment systems.
You will report to the Business Implementation Manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 2 3 years Customer Service related experience.
- Understanding of systems capabilities software platforms and processes.
- Knowledge of PC office software tools.
- Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) Intermediate
- Knowledge of Boolean Search/queries for SQL
- Excellent English both oral and written communication skills.
