Job Description

The Magnet Cove School District is seeking a dedicated healthcare professional eager to make a significant impact on students wellbeing. If you hold an RN/LPN license have experience in schoolbased or pediatric care and are passionate about supporting the health needs of students this opportunity is tailored for you. Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.Administration of medications following State and District guidelines.Maintains records daily related to student care and student interactions.Assists students with any healthrelated needs including selfcare needs such as hygiene toileting catheterization blood glucose monitoring nutrition tube feeding etc..Interacts thoughtfully and courteously with students staff and parents/guardians; resolves conflict in a professional manner. Maintains secure confidential records information and inquiries. Evaluate student injuries determine the course of action and perform first aid. Complete and maintain communication log with staff and parents. Oversees the maintenance of the immunization records. Coordinates and performs all screenings required by the Arkansas Board of Education. Coordinate the School Nutrition and Activity Advisory CommitteeAll other duties as assigned.
