Job Description
Job Location: US Remote Minnesota or New Jersey preferred
Are you a recruiting professional who loves providing strategic guidance and insights to hiring managers leadership and other functions across the business If so then this position within our growing dynamic and global Talent Attraction team is for you!
What You Will Do
- Strategic Talent Partner: Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for diverse roles (technical and nontechnical).
- Proactive Sourcing Expert: Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent building robust candidate pipelines.
- Subject Matter Expert: Provide market insights and optimize recruitment processes ensuring a premium candidate experience that reflects Trimbles values.
- DataDriven Results: Leverage analytics to track progress identify opportunities for improvement and deliver impactful results.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication regarding requisition status and talent acquisition initiatives.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- 3 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience including direct collaboration with hiring managers.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a large global organization preferred.
- Proven ability to utilize data and reports to drive recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of best practice recruiting and sourcing methodologies.
What Skills & Experience You Could Bring
- Previous experience recruiting for both technical engineering positions and nontechnical positions in the areas of sales marketing product customer support and operations is preferred.

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicants sex or other status protected by local state or federal law.
