Job Description
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a growth mindset who is ready to take ownership of infrastructure automation CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes within the iChange platforman innovative solution supporting ITIL processes with datadriven insights. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow into a Cloud Architect with opportunities to contribute to and gradually transition into the AWS/GCP Cloud Landing Zone team.
iChange provides centralized analytics Machine learning/NLP/AI services and automation platform that supports decisionmaking across Change Incident Problem and Service Level Management using AI and ITIL data. You will help scale and secure its AWSbased infrastructure and support future developments in sovereign cloud controls automation and selfservice capabilities.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Key Tasks:
- Design develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment workflows.
- Build and operate robust scalable and costefficient AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions supporting AI use case.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement integrations with partner systems and APIs.
- Support code quality testing and release automation across development lifecycles.
- Perform system performance analysis tuning error analysis and troubleshooting.
- Create concepts/functional diagrams documentations and implement innovations for automation of services infrastructure and ML operating models.
- Contribute to ongoing AWS/GCP platform developmentfocusing on privacy compliance and high availability.
- Work in an agile collaborative environment and follow DevOps and Cloudnative best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely within and with other teams in the hub following an agile methodologies SCRUM and SAFe
- DevOps Mindset: Embrace a DevOps and continuous improvement approach to work.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices making recommendations to help the team and organization excel.
Qualifications :
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- Solid experience with DevOps principles CI/CD and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Handson experience managing production workloads on AWS.
- Intermediatelevel expertise in at least 3 areas:
- Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
- Networking VPNs DNS Load Balancing
- Container orchestration (e.g. EKS Fargate Kafka)
- Monitoring & Logging (e.g. Prometheus CloudWatch)
- Security and IAM concepts
- Strong background in Linux environments and scripting (bash shell)
- Experience integrating and operating datadriven applications and AI/ML services.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and team collaboration skills
- AWS certification (e.g. Solutions Architect Associate) is a plus or expected as part of your growth
- Language Proficiency: English fluency
- Personal Attributes:
- Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies particularly cloud agile methods and DevOps.
- Willingness to explore new territories learn from mistakes and share knowledge within the team.
- High intrinsic motivation and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to present and communicate ideas particularly in visual formats.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will vary and will not be lower than 2600 /brutto.
