Job Description
- Experience working with enterprise level clients managing the development and support of the internal or external products
- Manage stakeholders
- Manage multicultural teams (India Germany Ukraine)
- Lead organizational change
- Oversee organizational operations management
- Ensure Agile delivery
- Drive several initiatives simultaneously from initiation to closure
- Initiate and plan projects
- Conduct SWOT analysis
- Perform risk analysis and risk management
- Analyze and manage opportunities
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of commercial experience
- Experience working with or within enterprise product companies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Cultural awareness (India Germany Ukraine)
- Strong organizational change management skills
- Strong operational management skills
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Strong experience in Agile
- Familiarity with Big Data and Data Product concepts
- Experience in driving several initiatives simultaneously from initiation to closure
- Experience in project initiation process
- Knowledge and experience in SWOT analysis
- Strong practical experience in risk analysis and management
- Experience in identifying and managing opportunities
- Advanced level of English
