Job Description

Version 1 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Experience Consultant to join our team. As part of our Employee Experience team you will play a critical role in enhancing and optimizing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to employee engagement and retention. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture and improved employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices employee engagement strategies and organizational development with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.


Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage employee experience initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement retention and overall satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to design implement and evaluate employee experience strategies aligned with Version 1s values and business goals.

  • Conduct regular employee surveys focus groups and feedback sessions to gather insights on employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.

  • Design and deliver programs to improve onboarding employee recognition career development and worklife balance.

  • Analyze employee data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on employee experience best practices and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

  • Facilitate workshops training sessions and engagement activities to promote employee wellbeing and foster a sense of belonging.

  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and ensure all employee experience programs contribute to Version 1s mission and values.

  • Stay current on industry trends and innovations related to employee experience and apply relevant best practices to Version 1s strategies.

 

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 712 years of experience Employee Experience or Organizational Development with at least 5 years in a senior consulting.

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

  • Strong Expertise in: Employee engagement retention strategies performance management leadership development and organizational culture.

  • DataDriven Approach: Experience using employee data surveys and analytics to inform decisions and strategies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization from senior leadership to individual contributors.

  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects with measurable outcomes.

  • ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in employee experience and HR technology.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR software tools and employee engagement platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across a diverse workforce.

  • Knowledge of hybrid work models and strategies for creating a positive employee experience in a hybrid environment.

  • Familiarity with change management processes and techniques.
