Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing them with exceptional service and support. As a key member of our customer service department you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information regarding products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders forms applications and requests accurately
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
- A positive attitude and the desire to help others
