Manage Sales Development organization to goals and objectives
Teach and coach team how to build and manage a pipeline through using an accountbased sales approach
Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics
Ensure the effective use of Salesforce and related sales tools
Compile weekly/monthly team reports modify as needed
BA/BS in Business Administration Finance Marketing or related field preferred
2 years of management experience in Sales or Sales Development
Experience managing a successful sales development team
Proven track record establishing and exceeding goals in a Sales Development environment
