Job Description

Job Title: ElectroMechanical Engineering Technician

Description:
Join Buseks innovative team to develop cuttingedge electric space propulsion systems. Youll work closely with a team of skilled engineers in a handson role focused on the manufacturing testing and production of hightech propulsion hardware. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for electromechanical systems and the drive to bring advanced equipment to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electric space propulsion components and related test equipment
  • Set up and configure testing facilities including power supplies and flow cabinets
  • Design fabricate and implement setups for electromechanical assembly and testing
  • Perform maintenance and ongoing improvements on electromechanical systems
  • Assemble test and maintain circuitry and electronic components
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of PLCs and Ladder Logic for interpreting and troubleshooting existing systems

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with electronics testing including both low and highvoltage systems
  • Proficiency in mechanical assembly of precision technical systems
  • Familiarity with machine shop basics such as milling sawing and drilling
  • Understanding of fluid flow and control best practices
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of PLCs and Ladder Logic
  • Associates Degree in Engineering or Science Technology and 2 years of relevant industry experience

Additional Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (ITAR compliance)
  • Employment contingent upon background checks
