Senior Vice President Construction & Operations
Location: Los Angeles CA
Salary: 400500K 5075 Bonus)
Full Relocation Package Up to 50 Travel Required
A nationally recognized civil building and specialty construction company is seeking a Senior Vice President to provide executive leadership and operational oversight. This role will be responsible for driving the companys strategic direction financial performance and project across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience pursuing and overseeing largescale highvalue construction projects to $4 billion and a proven track record of delivering results in complex infrastructure commercial and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership across multiple business units ensuring alignment with the companys strategic and financial goals.
- Oversee nine business groups including five subcontractors and four general contractors ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
- Direct and manage highvalue construction projects ensuring adherence to budget schedule safety and quality standards.
- Drive business development initiatives fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and industry partners.
- Implement bestinclass construction practices optimizing processes for enhanced performance and profitability.
- Lead and mentor senior leadership teams cultivating a highperformance culture across the organization.
- Analyze market trends identify growth opportunities and contribute to longterm strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry events executive meetings and client presentations to strengthen business partnerships.
- 20 years of leadership experience in commercial industrial and infrastructure construction.
- Proven track record of executing $1B general contracting projects.
- Expertise in construction methodologies contract negotiations and risk management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L budgets and revenue forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to oversee complex multidisciplinary construction operations across multiple locations.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
Base Salary: $400000 $500000
Bonus: 5075 of base salary 50 guaranteed in year one
