Develop lean manufacturing processes techniques and procedures while aligning PEKO capabilities with customer requirements. Actively promote and participatein a crossfunctional teamwork environment.
Using a handson approach inclusive of interaction and collaboration with sheet metal quality and technical staff and the ability to communicate project progress to management.
Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
Identifies labor material and time requirements by studying proposals blueprints specifications and related documents
Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Posthigh school technical education (two to a fouryear degree) in Manufacturing Technology Manufacturing Engineering related field or equivalent related work experience
3years of experience estimating in a custom manufacturing environment
Experience with blueprint reading and GD&T required.
Background in process engineering
Basic understanding/knowledge of sheet metal as it relates to manufacturing parts and designing tooling.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $60000.00 $80000.00 per year. The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational requirements.
