Job Description

Sheet Metal Fabricator Full-Time
Franklin MA

Schedule: Monday Friday; 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints & specs; layout and mark dimensions.
Operate shears brakes punch press drill press CNCs and torches.
Edit CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy.
Adhere to ISO 9001:2008 & AS9100 standards.
Perform rivet roll shear deburr and assemble as needed.
Maintain detailed production documentation and machine upkeep.
Follow all safety protocols.

Requirements:

HS Diploma/GED or equivalent technical training.
5 7 years experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Proficient in blueprint reading GD&T shop math and precision tools.
Experience with machine controls and routine maintenance.
Strong team player with communication skills.
