Job Description
What Youll Do
Support program tracking project milestones deliverables and dependencies to ensure alignment with business goals.
Maintain program documentation including RAID registers status reports change requests and governance artefacts.
Prepare and present highquality reports dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
Facilitate stakeholder communication ensuring project teams and leadership remain aligned on program status risks and priorities.
Assist in risk and issue management tracking mitigation actions and ensuring timely escalation where required.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance efficiency reporting and program delivery
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
35 years of experience in program (ideally) or project analyst / coordination preferably within IT transformation or enterprisewide programs.
Experience with RAID registers change control processes and governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Planview MS Project Jira Smartsheet).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage teams at all levels.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience preparing executivelevel reports and dashboards.
Bachelors degree in Business IT Project Management or a related field
