Were looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our Global bid team based in the Sydney Studio. As a key member of our business development team youll manage the endtoend bid process ensuring timely high tailored creative submissions. Collaborating closely with our leaders and technical experts youll create standout clientfocused proposals using Adobe InDesign all while maintaining Hassells high standards and brand consistency.

You will proactively engage with Principals and work with the BD team coordinating pipeline of major pursuits in Sydney through to preparing submissions and following up on debriefs.

The Bid Coordinator will proactively participate in the global bid team contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment including leading submission for other studios sharing best practice reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role offers exposure to exciting projects and the chance to work closely with senior leaders paving the way for career development opportunities in areas such as business development strategy and design communications.

What youll do:

• Collaborate with Leaders to coordinate bid submissions prioritising tasks and managing deadlines.
• Oversee and participate in the endtoend bid coordination process; work across multiple bids within the studio and organisation demonstrating expertise in managing complex multidisciplinary bids.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather refine and tailor content.
• Design professional visually engaging documents using Adobe InDesign.
• Review and refine submissions to ensure quality accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to the wider Business Development function in the studio including marketing collateral and client engagement.
• Continuously improve processes for greater efficiency and better outcomes.
• Drive a culture of design excellence that sets Hassell apart ensuring bids showcase distinctive and innovative solutions collaborating with the Marketing Comms team to enhance design quality.
• Elevate bid quality across Hassell by sharing best practices with studios worldwide.

Qualifications :

• 5 years experience in bid coordination marketing or similar role
• Exceptional Adobe Suite skills (particularly InDesign)
• Demonstrated ability to execute design ideas using various digital technologies at a high expertise level
• Experience producing highquality submissions
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively
• Understanding of branding guidelines tailored to client needs
• High accuracy level with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Qualification in Graphic Design (desirable
